Team fundraising is encouraged for teams that are planning to participate in special events or activities outside the norm from items incuded in the regular yearly budget. Activties can include trips overseas, attendance at high exposure tournaments out of state, etc. All fundraising activities must be approved by the Financial Aid Committee.
Team fundraising for items that can be included in the regular yearly team budget or to defray season costs is not allowed. The club has a budgeting process that takes place yearly and a Financial Aid Committee that handles families in need.
