Speed Training

The Jersey Knights Speed & Agility Program will focus on many of the fundamental and current trends in athletic performance training to improve Speed, Quickness, Coordination, and Agility, The Program, designed by the Jersey Knights, is supervised by a Knights Coach, Joe Migacz, who has expertise with speed & agility training, running technique and strength training. The Speed & Agility Program is designed to enhance soccer players specific speed, agility, and quickness as well as enhance their overall soccer mobility.

Sessions will focus on introducing players to many of fundamental running mechanics and techniques to improve; Speed, Quickness, Coordination, and Agility. These sessions will be open to all ages and abilities. This program is highly recommended for players who want to improve running technique, get faster and improve agility and coordination. All skills directly related to playing soccer.

All sessions are held at our winter indoor site in Edison. Registration Limited.
