Joe is in his 16th year with the Jersey Knights. He is an educator in the Woodbridge School District at Kennedy High School in Iselin. Joe has extensive soccer experience. He currently is the Varsity Head Coach for the Iselin men's team and and is the former Head Women’s Coach of JFK (Iselin) High School. Joe recently was named GMC White Division Coach of the Year.

Joe currently coaches and trains the U16G White Knights and the U23 Womens Summer College Team. He oversees all club crossfit and strength training. Joe is USSF licensed and holds an Advanced National License with the United Soccer Coaches.
